Sex Offender Registry
The South Dakota Sex Offender Registry is like most registries in that you must agree to the terms of service before you access the website. Once you have agreed to the terms you can fill in some information to find out more about locally registered sex offenders. You have the choice of providing a last or first name, an alias, an address, a county, the city and the zip code. At the bottom of this you can then decide if you want to include a list of individuals who are currently incarcerated. You can also sign up for public notifications by providing your email address to the site. There is an option for a map search or a neighborhood search if that is an easier option for you.
