New Hampshire Public Records
As with many States, New Hampshire State has various locations where you can obtain records. You will need to decide what you are looking for so that you can look in the appropriate place. Birth and Death Certificates
The Div. of Vital Records Administration allows you to obtain certified copies of vital records including a birth certificate, a death certificate, a marriage certificate or divorce record by completing their online application for a certificate.

Driving Record Information
A driving record can be obtained by accessing the NH Dept. Safety Motor Vehicle Division website. Once there you will be required to fil out the Record Release Form in full and provide all of the requested information. This form must be signed (in front of a Notary) dated and mailed in with a $15.00 payment to

Sex Offender Registry
The Registration of Criminal Offenders, a Division of State Police provides information about registered criminals in your local area. You need to provide certain information in order to receive information regarding a certain person. You have to enter their name, address and the local county into the spaces provided and you are provided with identifying information regarding the offense for which the sex offender is registered. It does not provide a full criminal history or any out of state criminal history information.
